Hey y’all! Ok so if you haven’t heard lately from Instagram or other blogs, TJ Maxx and Marshall’s have makeup, but not just any makeup. They have high-end makeup products! Over the past few months, I have found a ton of high-end products you would see at Sephora or Ulta for a fraction of the cost! The first time I went over to the section, I was shocked to see some of my favorite brands such as Kat Von D, Too Faced, and more! So, in this post I’ll share with you some of my favorite products I’ve found at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s!

Smashbox Matte Exposure Palette: This palette has 14 beautiful neutral shades and it comes with a brush. I have only swatched the palette, so I can’t wait to use it. The palette retails for $49 and I got this for $24.99. (Swatched below, one color I forgot to swatch but it’s actually in the next palette as well.)

-Smashbox Photo Matte Eyes Palette: So, when I got the palette before this, I didn’t really know that this one was kinda like a mini version of it. However, there are a lot of different colors in this one. I’ve used this palette for a few months and it creates simple and beautiful eye looks! This retails for $25 and I got it for $9.99!

-Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye Contour Quad in Rust: This palette is amazing!! The colors are SO pigmented and some of my favorite shades! I love that this is a palette where I can use every color for one eye look! This retails for $15 and I got it for $9.99!

Kat Von D Studded Crème Lipstick in Lovecraft
: This lipstick has become one of my new favorites! The color is a super pretty mauve pink nude that looks amazing on the lips! It retails for $19 and I got it for $6.99! (Swatched below)Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Milkshake: A lot people have been finding ABH at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s, so I was really excited to find this! The color is a very light pink shade that I may mix with some of my darker lipsticks to lighten them up. It retails for $20 and I bought it for $9.99! (Swatched below)

Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette: This is probably my favorite thing I found! I have wanted this palette forever, so I was SO excited when I found it! The colors are super pigmented and blend-able. It retails for $49 and I got it for $24.99!

Ipsy January Glam Bag Review

Hi y’all! So, first blog post is going to be my Ipsy January Glam Bag review! Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription box where you get 5 products ranging from full-size to travel-size, for only $10 a month! The products also come in a cute little makeup bag. I’ve gotten it for over 2 years now, and I absolutely love it!

So, the bag design this month is this blue mesh material with a neon yellow and pink stripe. It’s definitely not my favorite bag I’ve gotten but the design goes along with the bag’s theme, Game Face.

So before I get into the products, I got this OFRA Cosmetics Eyeshadow in Country Road free using my points. (Swatched below) You can gain points by reviewing your products you get for extras in your bag. Now, on to the products!Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

ABSOLUTE NEW YORK Eye Artiste Single Shadow in VIP: The eyeshadow is a golden bronze shade, which is gorgeous but not really one I use often. Although, I think this will look great on the lid! (Swatched below)

ORIBE Hair Care Gold Lust Dry Shampoo: A girl can never have too much dry shampoo, am I right? This one has an amazing smell and doesn’t leave that white powder residue in your hair like other ones do. Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

Global Beauty Care Charcoal Wash Off Mask: I’m not a huge fan of mud masks but I do like anything with charcoal in it! The mask says it will unclog pores and get rid of dirt without drying your face, so I will definitely give it a try.Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

So Susan Liquid Matte Lipstick in Pumpkin: This lipstick is such a pretty orangey neutral shade that will make a perfect lipstick color for the fall. I can definitely tell from swatching it that it’s very long-lasting since it’s still on my hand hours later. (Swatched below)Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

TheBalm Cosmetic Mary-Lou Manizer: When I saw I was getting this product, I got so excited! TheBalm Cosmetics is one of my favorites and this highlighter does not disappoint! It’s a super pretty honey shade that will look great on the cheekbones (Swatched below)

So, out of 5 stars I would rate this month’s glam bag 3/5 stars. I love the highlighter, dry shampoo, and lipstick, but the eyeshadow and mud mask aren’t my favorite since I won’t be using them much. I hope you guys like this review!! Comment below what you got in your glam bag!
